christinatnj Are these tight around the legs? A lot of thigh high boots tend to be loose around the legs and I am looking for more of a fitting style

pco8199 sorry its just these boots (the cheaper thigh high ones) are all over the internet, and you can't get a feel for how high up the thigh they actually go. alot of the time they basically are just "over the knee"
