@baileyl86 sorry, just spoke with my daughter and she stated that she never hemmed the dress but she did alter the waist to make it smaller but the material wasn't cut so it can be released to the original state. She stated her bust is 33" (dress could probably fit 34) waist 25-26" and hips 37"
