V neck surplus fabric in the upper part of the dress. Mini fitted bottom part of the dress. Elastic in the center of the dress to hug the hips/low waist. EUC!! Gray heathered color with black stripes & wide sleeves. Very soft and stretchy. Measurements are taken w/item laying flat & are approximate, but I try my best. Length 30", waist/hips 11.75", sleeve opening 11.5". Dry clean 77% rayon, 18% polyester, 5% spandex.
