@shelellhall The measurements of each are listed in the description. I would use those and match up against yours to determine how you want it to fit (fitted/loose) and what size to order. Each size will span a few sizes for fit, so it's really up to you/your personal preference. My personal opinion is the S/M would best fit a 2-6 and M/L would best fit 6-8/maybe 10.
