070974 Any flaws or signs of wear? What are the measurements armpit to armpit? Stretchy material?

kellijomoore @070974 not sure material as tags are cut out but it's like a cotton spandex and very stretchy. measures without stretching 15". They are in great shape but the material, mostly in the green, shows signs of wear. This is the reason they are being sold so cheap.
