quinceseed @yazzmatazz31 Hi! I think it could fit a size four! It has very loose construction, but the arms and shoulders are a bit narrow. My only problem was that my broad shoulders were too much for it. It is 36 inches from the shoulder to the hem. Let me know if you have any more questions!
