@eaglesvision11 armpit to armpit measures 22 and there is a panel of lycra stretch material that runs down the entire side of the coat on both sides. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam measures 17 inches. The. Hip area measures 23 and again it has lycra stretch running down both sides of the coat. I hope this helps.😊💕
