25th_elm@skinnyjeans501 hi there. Sorry I usually have all measuremts down but this one is sort of difficult due to the cut. So I tired lying it down but that was not working so well so I put it on. With wearing the cardigan open instead of closed the shortest length is 18 inches and longest 33. If you close the button than that actually makes the front a bit longer. I hope that helps! 25th_elm@jackie1822 yes it can be opened and then hangs like a cardigan. I believe the material is listed in the description. It's s hacci material which is made of of three fabrics and it is super soft!
