So I would say they are true to size, unless (for example: if you're in between a size 6-6.5 then I'd suggest to go with 6.5) hope that helps... unfortunately I only do one day holds. I'm so sorry, I think I have 2 size 7s available, so I hope one is still here when you're ready. But I also plan on getting these in black as well and maybe a tan color
