kristie2018 Hello! I received my package, thank you. I’m not sure what to do.. the red shoes are way too big :-( I wear a solid 9.5 shoe and when I put the red shoes on, they were a solid 3/4 inch too large and because of the style of the shoe I can’t even walk in them. How do we fix this? I’m not sure how it works as I am new to poshmark. The black shoes and striped shirt are perfect though!
