Medium is 43", 51", 51". Small is 43", 51", 51". Consider all measurements approximates but measure as accurately as I can.

leoninus @jennjack It may have a bit more flow to it. The fabric is different. This one is ribbed. With these dresses (style) I've found that I can wear two different sizes with the larger simply having a looser fit.
