This dress has a watercolor floral pattern and faux wrap top detail bustlibe and an asymmetrical tissue hem. The waist has slight elasticity and is also fitted with a slim tie band to accentuate your waist.
It also has a fitted lining made of strech polyester underneath that also has the same pattern. Giving the pattern more dimension under the see through polyester shell.

What is the waist measurement stretched and unstretched please

@scotoriole the waist is about 17in when flat and 26.5 when stretched out
