pawms How well is it insulated? Does it have a water repellent finish? Looking for college daughter for cold and wet conditions... thanks. I love spyder gear-- just not sure whether this jacket would fit the need.

juliebohlman @pawms it isn't fleece lined but very warm, insulated through the arms, and yes has a water repellent finish. I got this jacket for my last winter of college in ND and it was the warmest winter coat/best for walking to class that I've owned

pawms @juliebohlman , thanks for quick answer. Spyder is always unbelievably warm. Dtr told me now she only wants a hip-length jacket- at Syracuse-- she has a Canada goose for bitter cold but I still will try to get her to look at this for less intense times. I'll let u know if she is interested!!
