harvestoflove @hokusmama Hi. Thank you. They have zippers on the side. You can control how tight or loose you want them with the laces. I wear mine really tight sometime, others I loosen the laces and wear them baggy. They are super cute. They do have stretch them. They fit wide calfs too :)

harvestoflove @kishabray1 Hi🙌. It's about 16". I have small calfs also. The one thing that's nice about them as with the laces you can pull them as tight as you want, or you can wear them as Loose as you want. I even fold mine halfway down during the summer wrap the laces around them half way down. 😘❤✌
