@kimkjc2 Hi, I am new here and I need guidance. I have a really important question. I just dropped off a package here at USPS. Lady informed me that USPS is currently investigating Poshmark for shipping labels issues. Apparently, Poshmark is charging buyers shipping fees of $5.99 priority mail, BUT it doesn't cover the whole price for shipping of a total of $16 and up. Hence, USPS isn't getting paid full amount for shipping for Poshmark.

So now, I'm trying to ship this package out "same day" as when my buyer purchased an item today, but the lady here at USPS informed me that they're gonna have to hold the package with the Poshmark printed label and ship it to San Francisco for investigation before finally sending it to it's destination/my buyer. Am I the only person having this shipping problem? Please help me, thank you so much!

@jeannylu Hi! I'm sorry you're having a problem. Shipping is $5.95 and it only covers up to a 5 lb. package, if your package weighs more than that, you would request a new label for the heavier weight, at your expense. I can help you figure out how to do that, if you want me to. For this particular one, go into your sale area, click on Contact Poshmark and email them. I'm sure they can tell you more about what might have happened. Keep me informed, ok?

@kimkjc2 I tagged you on my profile too. Thank you for responding. The package is only 2 lbs. USPS requires $16 for priority shipping alone. The $5.95 shipping label that Poshmark is having us print out for shipping doesn't even cover it and USPS is loosing money. So, even if you ship items "same day", USPS will hold packages with a Poshmark shipping label for investigation. Buyers will not get their packages on time and that reflects on the seller's shipping reputation.

@kimkjc2 The lady also informed me, that if I want to ship the package on time and same day, I would have to pay the difference of $11.04 because poshmark only paid for $5.95 priority shipping. That cost more than what I sold. Also, I already know about how to change or upgrade the shipping label. But the package only weighs 2 lbs! It's not worth it. But thank you for throwing that info just in case I didn't know yet. βΊ

Tho I'm not over her loss, the grief is less. Then I broke my rt foot a couple weeks ago (tho they can't see a fx on xrays, it's behaving like it's broken)! So I'm in PAIN or on pain meds.
