shoe_money Skirt is fully lined w/lace exterior, 43"L at front + 48"L at back/sides due to the draped style, intentional to give it a dramatic look. The waist measurement given is correct. I am 5'4 and initially purchased this for my beach wedding but I found another dress and sadly can't keep both so trying to recoup my losses. I paired it w/4.5" heels + it was ideal for my height, very stunning. Hope this helps! @samjospencer
