I love the DVF that's made in the USA. Size 2, with an adorable rear ruching detail that will highlight your assets. Houndstooth print. Almost vintage. Not exact Waist 28.5" but meant to be worn low on hips. Comp: 63% wool, 37% cotton. Dry clean. Wear it with a simple top and let all eyes follow you as you exit the room! I meant to have it taken in, but my laziness could be your gain. Runs big, IMO.

What material is the skirt? Is it stretchy and form fitting?
