theposhduckling @babs100 hello! I believe it does have a shoulder strap. This is the larger bag. I believe the measurements are 10" high, 17" long and 6" wide with 8" strap drop. I will double check as soon as I'm home from lunch! 😊 thank you!

theposhduckling @babs100 update! I checked, and it does NOT have a shoulder strap. It does have the dust bag included. The length measurement is indeed 16.5 and the height is 10 and width is actually closer to 5". I am posting a pic of me holding it so you can see the size relative to a human 😜 happy poshing!
