toribaby24 @nadia2121 A small would, yes! My waist is 24" and honestly it was pretty tight in my mid section (not in the best shape right now). I'm 5'4 and the length was perfect, I don't think it would be too long on you.

jinac @toribaby24 hi i luv my S but if i want it slightly longer length at bottom would u say M can work, what's measurements difference overall between S and M ie.1"? Would u say it can fit a larger S but not too big ie arms neck waist etc. And can u do an M yourself and still look fine just not as tight/short as S?
