He did 6 months of grueling training and his now working nights with an 8 hour commute daily (total both ways) for an 8 hour shift. This AM he didn't come home at all. I waited for hours. He got home with letter of disqualification. All his fellow mgmt saw him as threat to their OT & made up lies to get rid of him.

advopharmacista @bellanblue After 15 years of perfection & only 3 weeks at new location I'm stunned that they can try to do this to one's career & reputation. He spent the day fighting it at HR commuted 4 hrs home, ate and went back to work for another 12-8 no sleep with this letter hanging over his head. I'm so pissed, heartbroken & scared right now. So you may see as a little thing, but I really thank you for your help. 💓

There's no grounds for this letter. I'm going to help him fight it and help him write letter to HR over weekend Bc English is his 3rd language. It makes me mad that ppl can be crooked. But that's so unwise of me.

bugsey2 I went through the same thing. With my first marriage we had in-vitro and in cost us over $70,000. With my 2nd and last we had one and he had one. I just became a step grandmother at 45. She's more like my friend then my step daughter. Also the expense is insane today!! Just insane. We put her through Medical School. She's 27 and already a Doctor. Brilliant!

He's going to a Lawfirm that formed of former Railroad employees that went to law school and opened practice right across street from his job Bc this was happening so frequently.
