milandpat @jaclynq Sorry I missed this! Let me measure them for you that might help. I think a medium would be good unless you wanted to have a looser fit.

milandpat @jaclynq These measurements are lying flat and the dress had some stretch to it! The Medium Bust is 33", High waist at the hem was 30", waist 33" and Hips were 36". The large Bust is 34", High waist at the hem 31", Waist 34" and Hips 37". It is pleated a little, Let me know which size you'd like? I tried all the sizes in and I think the large might work well! I felt comfortable in the small and medium😀
