duchessmaryemma @saundie2_plus considering that I have released $75 to you and that I am not the one that made the mistake...and that I will have the extra expense of returning a blouse I not only didn't order but still won't get my first choice...I would appreciate it if you would, as I am, ship my replacement on Monday. I am rather insulted that you say you won't ship the replacement until you receive the one you sent me by mistake. This is the 3rd bundle I have bought from you!!!

If you want to put your address here, please do. I have no problem shipping this right out at all. I hate that the wrong item was pulled and I was going to return your postage! These days you never know...And I'm frustrated that none of my clothes fit comfortable due to this hernia and the ruptured disc...surgery on both in March... then loose clothing until I heal....again I apologize...Im shipping on Monday...Funds were released last night so you are paid in full...

duchessmaryemma This is the top we agreed to exchange. Black in 3X. Originally I bought a bundle and your employee put the wrong top in the shipment. The week I was to return for the exchange is when I went in for surgery. Took 2 surgeries to remove and repair the damage from the kidney stone. I'm going to create a new bundle in the first of the month and put the "wrong" top in the mail. When you receive the exchange blouse, add this blouse to my bundle shipment.

Granted I've been slow to return the blouse due to my surgery...but had the correct blouse been shipped in the first place all this would not be an issue. I am frustrated as well, but am trying to work things out the best I can all things considered. This is the 3rd bundle I have ordered from you, so I am a return customer.
