I currently am down for vacation but still ck in ever so often but several of us tried to scarf up one little item of Ashton's pop up the other day & soon as it went live everything was either sold or on reserve! Should read all those comments! 👎 Look under the ball cap I believe it is! At least we all had a good laugh! 😂 I'm wondering if I should switch to a different forum altogether! 😜

hillaryshoustonThis may upset a few ppl but the complaints on this thread are EXACTLY how I feel about the "Boutique" dropship closets. If I wanted to pay full price (and over) plus outrageous shipping cost on an item I would go to the official website. But it's these cut and paste closets that get all the HPs and flood the parties so sellers like the rest of us get very little viewing time. CONTINUED

hillaryshoustonCONTINUED 2. I agree that the whole draw to Poshmark in the first place was that you DIDN'T have to compete with bulk sellers. First the Boutique bulk listings, Now with top designer popups what chance does the little guy have. I don't like the idea of big business hedging in when I have invested 2yrs to exclusively building up my Poshmark closet. It's really going to suck if it was for nothing. 😒

eurofileEurofile I'm not happy either with Poshmark. I thought this was a consignment site, not retail. I commented on a blog to Poshmark about competition from movie stars who could sell fingernail clippings and it would be purchased. Even though it's a donation, I'm sure they donate in other ways. And now designer's can sell their merchandise on this site. Not good for us regular folks. Happy to see others that feel as I do.

saukerI have purchased what I consider a lot from many different closets on here. Most of the items I needed for fall - handbags, clothing, boots (dressy, casual & snow) plus shoes, etc, I have purchased on here. I love the prices, the friendships you make, etc. I have never sold, but have been thinking seriously, over the past week, about selling. Now I'm not sure what to do.

It seems to me that the original goal of Poshmark is being tainted! Isn't it supposed to be about people buying things from other people that can no longer use them and they in turn being able to do the same thing! The by-product of this is being able to make a little money on those impulse purchases or things you no longer can fit, etc...
