@laurlalaurlaur I'm also a 38DD, and kept a large for myself. They do not run JR sized, they are a true misses size. They are a little more roomy than most vests I have purchased, so there's extra room for chunky sweaters. Anyway, if I can help you in any way, just LMK. Thanks for stopping in my closet🎀

@kholland1122 hi there, I'm all sold out of M & L just have 1-small left. Check the measures though because these do tend to run a little oversized. I kept a L and it's a L/XL fit, so I think the small may work for a S/M. If not I'm happy to tag you if I run across any M's in these fabulous vest. I absolutely LOVE mine😊
