kaylafornia_luv @sammy0625 yikes! That is so odd. I think you need to contact Poshmark support because they email me the label I am to affix to the package before mailing it. I don't have anything to do with shipping costs? Please let me know if there is anything else I can do!😣

sammy0625 @alliowens so in the meantime my package sits in the post office and my account gets debited. I'm not happy. I had someone send me smoke infested pants. I complained to Poshmark and they did nothing except take my money.

kaylafornia_luv @sammy0625 I don't know what I can do as the seller? When you purchase something, Poshmark emails me a shipping label that I am to print out and affix to your package and then drop it in the mail. That's the only control I have.

kaylafornia_luv @sammy0625 if this happened to me, I would have the post office ship it back (that way I don't pay any additional money), have Poshmark figure it out (I sent them an email for you just now), and when the package gets back to me, I will put another label on it (that Poshmark provides me), and I will mail it to you again ASAP
