Feb 28Reply

bryjt27@katykat222 hey hun just checking in I'm sorry to bother you, you definitely want those items you named because I just turned down an offer on one because I know u wanted it

Mar 02Reply

katykat222@bryjt27 Hi,no problem. What would you take for everything I want in my bundle? Which one did they want? Because if it's something you can get again then just let me know. I don't want you to lose out on a sale. Thank you for holding those specific items for me :)

Mar 02Reply

bryjt27@katykat222 it's no big deal I just declined it because that item would be hard to find, for the bracelet, essie pastel set, opi set and the lip glosses I could do 32$? What were you thinking price wise?

Mar 02Reply

bryjt27@katykat222 put together all the items you like and give me an offer and we will take it from there, if you need me to put back for sale the pastel essie set let me know

Mar 02Reply

katykat222@bryjt27 I was going to say $22 however if that's too low I'll take something out. Let me know

Mar 02Reply

bryjt27@katykat222 I'll do 22 for the pastel set lip gloss and bracelet, or I'll do 22 for the two nail sets you like

Mar 02Reply

katykat222@bryjt27 I definitely want the pastel essie. How often are you able to get essie in the colors you currently have listed?

Mar 02Reply

bryjt27@katykat222 the glitters I can always get some of the brighter colors like the red pink and peach set I have listed are seasonal because they tend to put out diffrent colors for diffrent times of the year opi is always easy to get the same colors

Mar 02Reply

katykat222@bryjt27 I will definitely let you know tomorrow, hopefully I'll get to buy everything I want :)

Mar 02Reply

bryjt27@katykat222 if you can't get everything you want I can do the two essie sets of 5 and the bracelet for 23$ for u

Mar 02Reply

bryjt27@katykat222 just put in an offer for what you really want and I'll work with u

Mar 02Reply

katykat222@bryjt27 Okay well if the opi is easy to get just keep it open for sale in case someone wants it now.

Mar 02Reply

bryjt27@katykat222 ok, do you want me to hold the other essie 5 set? I have the pastel set on hold

Mar 02Reply

katykat222@bryjt27 Yes keep the essie sets on hold and the bracelet.

Apr 25Reply

anneshomeparty3I reserved the purse for you, and put it NOT FOR SALE Im new to this so not sure if im doing it right. You said your adding it to a bundle, what exactly do I need to do?

Apr 25Reply

katykat222@anneshomeparty3 Hello, you did it right. Since it's now reserved I can purchase as soon as I'm able to which will be Friday. Adding to a bundle just means it's placed with other items, I may add one other item if I find another item I like. It saves on shipping with bundles, sellers often give 15,20,25 or 30 percent discounts on two or more items combined in a bundle. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. 😊

Apr 25Reply

anneshomeparty3Thank you... Didnt realize about the % off on bundles when I was posting prices as low as I did. Now I know. Thank you again

Apr 25Reply

Jun 27Reply

katykat222@msleslied1 Hello, thank you for stopping by. I visited your closet, you have great items. Have a wonderful day 😊💖

Jun 27Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 Hey Karen! Thank you so much for all the shares. I so appreciate it. Are you going to try some selling here? If so, feel free to visit me at my closet and ask any questions about selling on Poshmark you may have.

Jun 27Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 . I will tell you, I had some items listed for over a year but didn't do much work in the site and predictably I only sold one item. Last month I decided to really focus on building online sales and just by participating in the shoes they throughout the day, sharing, and taking the time to really visit as many closets as possible my sales jumped. This week I've been sick and less active - sales slow down.

Jun 27Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 Good luck with whatever role you decide to have here at Poshmark. And know that this Posher appreciates the time you took in sharing from my closet!

Jun 27Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 oops. I mean thank you for liking so many items! Btw if you click bundle for any of the pieces you are really interested in - even just one of them - if I can do down on the price a little it enables to negotiate more easily. Thanks again

Jun 27Reply

Jul 05Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 re: postings Good start! Some advice: • use bullets to break up description ( I just learned you can create description on Word (or similar writing ap) to have better editing options then copy paste into Posh post

Jul 05Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 (cont) •put brand name first in title i.e. Liz Claiborne mini as opposed to mini Liz Claiborne • create extra info shots suggesting offers, or using negotiating in closet (see mine)

Jul 05Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 (cont. 3) create info shot on Word, screen shot, edit as needed in photos, them post in your closet. Even can include it in pictures if each post. Info is there for potential buyer

Jul 05Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 (cont 4) remember that people who like item are usually just designating it as an item they might want someday - using info post instead of following up on every like insures options communicating w/o appearing pushy

Jul 05Reply

katykat222@vintageliving Great advice, much appreciated. I do everything from my smartphone since I don't currently have a pc, hopefully I will sometime soon 😀

Jul 05Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 (cont ? Lost track😝). These are just a list of ideas I've just recently learned. Oh one more - the most important - you have to work the site - it takes a lot of time, but I try to share from as many closets that follow me as I can. And the more I share, the more followers I get. I try to do this during a general Posh party (when anything can be posted in the party- usually at 10pm) or party that most everyone has something that qualifies - shoes, jewelry, purses

Jul 05Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 (cont). I know that I only started selling - at least two - three items a week (goal minimum of 7 items a week) - when I worked the site, made sure I included items from my closet in every possible party and shared, shared, shared!!! I didn't sell anything for a year by just posting items and doing nothing else.

Jul 05Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 I know you are going to do great !! And you'll figure out new ways to sell more as you go. Btw I'm just about ready to start using Size.ly. Check it out online (google it) great tool for providing measurements of items for sell

Jul 05Reply

katykat222@vintageliving Thanks for encouraging me, that really helps. I think of you as my posh mentor and pff 😊

Jul 05Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 I'm honored. I'm just sharing what others have shared with me. Let's stay in touch. Have fun selling. My favorite part is wrapping up purchases like gifts - because I know how much I love opening presents !😀

Jul 05Reply

katykat222@vintageliving Yes we'll definitely keep in touch. I agree opening up packages is so exciting 😉 I've had my eye on several items in your closet especially the pink Ralph Lauren purse, I absolutely love pink 💖 hopefully I'll be able to buy soon before it's gone 😁

Jul 05Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 good. And let me know when you want the pink LRL - I'll give you a great deal!!

Jul 05Reply

katykat222@vintageliving I'll definitely let you know 😃

Jul 10Reply

katykat222@classygirl41 I do too 😁 I've been flexible with my prices, had a weekend sale and shared to parties as well as Twitter.

Jul 10Reply

classygirl41@katykat222 yay that's awesome. I get so excited when i get sales 😊💕❤

Jul 10Reply

bubblexThanks for all those amazing likes! 😍😍😍😍feel free to add the listings you like into bundle & make me an offer! 🤗🤗🤗love it! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Jul 14Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 I took a look at your closet and your copy is great (your description). As a buyer I often wish sellers would add all the measurements as sizes don't always tell the full story. You may want to photograph your pieces in front of less busy background d. You could drape a cloth or just find a neutral background or create a vignette to a place the item in.

Jul 15Reply

vintageliving@katykat222 For instance some sellers use a body form and few nice decorative touches around it that don't draw the eye away from what your selling. The most important part is to make the piece you are selling look as good as you can.

Jul 15Reply

katykat222@vintageliving Okay, I've definitely been thinking of getting a body form to place clothing on. You have great tips 🖒😀

Jul 15Reply

I will definitely shop from your closet, I know how it is to be disabled ( my mother is disabled and relies on disability for her income which isn't much for her 😐 ) I'm trying to sell to earn extra money for her as well, also for my diabetic cat ( insulin, special food, her special care plan and syringes ) I will also share your listings to help you with sales 😊 keep in touch 😀

lucas813I marked down $16 dollars so if u look at what you like its a discount that is similar to getting the nwot gold tone charm necklace its really pretty. I never had a chance to wear it so i want to sell it. It will really be like a nice free.gift tho 😊now if.its still too expensive counter me again. Were just getting to know eachother and if u want these but think $45 too much try me please we will see. But i do need to make money badly so if $16.00 off sounds fair and it is take it!

katykat222@lucas813 It's a good deal, I just may have to wait. I didn't have very much left over after my car payment. Just curious as to the lowest you would accept? I don't want to make an offer that's too low.

Sep 18Reply

lucas813@katykat222 dont be afraid to make an offer ever, the worst is another counter offer or it doesnt work out. I need to make money after the hurricane and im lucky i still have a home and stuff to try to sell. I had a feeling i was too high, but i cant make another offer. U have to offer then i reply. Counter me the lowest i can go is like how about $32.00!😊 thats a total of $29.00 off the bundle?

Sep 18Reply

lucas813Will you let me know either way please. And u have to offer me $32 and i will accept if that can work for u. Its an awesome deal like 48percent off!! Approx. WAS $61- NOW $32!😊

lucas813I have the items gathered to pack already. Plus i make and repair and sell lots of jewelry new too, and i have a goal to make at least my 1st 50 sales by xmas. Im in the 30's amd i send a thank u gift of jewelry and i was going to send u free the whales or elephants made in Philippines out of wood that u liked as a gift for purchasing. Everyone has gotten something. Yes trying to tempt u!!
