@celinalinn Hey Celina! From how I understand it, each state is different. You would have to goggle your states license laws. Also, if your selling a small amount which I do, and I have a lot of my own stuff not wholesale, I think it just all evens out. Now if I was a big closet with only wholesale then I would say yes. Some wholesalers require you to have a license to buy from them. I just goggled and researched till I found ones that didn't because I don't have one yet๐๐๐ I hope that helps!!!
