Pretty in Polka Dots Dress NWOT!

Classic black & white More fitted on the top but then A-lines out Bottom is also made of layers (I tried to show in picture) I bought this for a party in NYC and removed the tags when packing but chose to wear my other option Its adorable but just haven't gotten the opp to wear it Dress is lined w/side zipper Pit-pit 16" Top-bottom 29.5" not including straps (which are a pretty grosgrain ribbion BTW dress is MUCH cuter in person!
