_xoxnat I think I need 4x. I have a 3x latex vest waist trainer and it fits but I also have a 3x latex trainer (without straps , like this one) and it fits a little too tight. Idk why they fit differently. But that's why I was curious as if they ran the same size as your latex ones

Also I'm in a wedding in march, and been trying on dress after dress. Will this help hold me in, so I don't look so bunched up in a dress? Or should I be looking for something else?
