Gorgeous blue and black colorblock dress

This is a size 8, blue and black colorblock dress. It fits somewhere between an 8 and a 10, so a true size 8 would have a nice bit of movement to the dress (so it's not so tight that it'll ride up). It's new without tags. The length hits about 2 inches above the knee on me, but I have very curvy hips.
