threebeez @limero9888 Haha, stop! I seriously don't know! I do eat healthy…we rarely eat out. Mainly because I want my kids to eat healthy for as long as I can! Soon they will be eating garbage all the time :( But that and yoga. Haha! I'm not a lot of help! My kids exhaust me daily!!!

You should try yoga!!! It's about elongating your muscles ;) And lots of core. But don't be deceived. There are no abs under my clothes, HA! It's soft under there!
