Adorable and fun skater dress by Kimchi Blue in perfect used condition. The dress is two separate pieces as the top layer is sheer and the second piece is a tank the length of the dress. The top layer doesn't stretch, but it's not a form-fitting cut. It's a comfortable, true to size fit. It's a great piece all year. A fun take on the LBD with tiny grey polka dots.
