@deutzcat Hi Donna, it's 97% polyester, 3%spandex. Hand wash cold. the collar does flap but it is made to have a V neck shape. it's a light jacket/outerwear. A light scarf will help if you like to cover the area. but the jacket itself it not a close up jacket.
