Can you Please give Examples of common scenarios/situations or scamming tactics that scammers use, so that we Know What To Look For while shopping or selling Please? @liltexasbeauty @azach14 most of the scamming I have seen comes from the trading side. Agreeing on a trade and then not sending the correct items as listed but claiming they did. There have been other scamming scenarios such as people stealing photos from others and pretending they have the items when they don't, also lieng about the condition

@liltexasbeauty @azach14 I have also been seeing people taking advantage of new posters saying things such "make sure after the order updates to shipped you click the accept now button so it doesn't get sent back to me" which means the person will accept and release the funds and the seller didn't even actually send it or could intercept it and buyer is s.o.l for accepting it

@azach14 I'm really glad!! So far so good for me too! There have been a few times where I have ordered and then they just never shipped and never contacted me either so I had to cancel the order which is fine cuz I was refunded but sucks because I was needing the items

Also if I ever put up a trade listing I put the description as "Buying this listing means I hereby agree I will send my (agreed upon trade item/ items) in accordance to our agreement for (my name) to ship me this. I fully give the right to be held to my word that I will describe, ship, and rate items exactly as they are. If I do not hold up my end of the deal I am willingly giving this as evidence that I have made an agreement and will be held accountable if I don't hold up my end of the deal"

I have traded a few things and I'm new at this. I have gotta some good trades too. I know now since I read all of this to keep my eye out! I like to trade too because all my clothes I have don't fit and I just trade for stuff that will fit!! π I'm glad I haven't had this problem, I hope I never have this problem either!!

OMG I'm so mad this just happened to me. I sold a brand new Kylie Lip Gloss scammer opened a case. POSH sided with her and she sent me back her very used one and kept my new one. She has no sales on her page and have a lot of good feedback and lots of followers but POSH believed her I don't understand.

There is also a scammer named @ Laney 201 who takes other poshers pictures and claims them her own. She goes after people's "in search of's" and tries to trade with them. She doesn't have any of the items she is trading. I almost traded my uggs for hers until 2 poshers reached out to me and told me what she does. If you do a reverse image search you'll see her "items" are in other well respected people's closets or on google images.

@bethscott09 may I use this? I feel the same way. I've been scammed twice now. Sent two coach items out and they were sent back damaged. Funny how they were in great shape before they were mailed.
