chryssy67Can you ask the company you get them from, how well they hold up? I really really like it and if I knew it was electroplated, which is a permanent plating that bonds to the metal and doesn't fade, I'd buy it asap. But it would be terrible to wear it as an engagement ring and have it go bad. Can you please find out all you can about it?

julisdiamonds@chryssy67 I have tried looking it up by several IDs, but they all seem to be specific to the company and I get a million different products. I'm gonna keep trying and keep you posted. If anything, you could try the ring out and if it doesn't hold up, you could perhaps return it after a month or two?

disneybabe1991great, one more question. the rose gold won't rub off the ring will it? I bought a gold plated ring on here and all the gold rubbed off and the ring turned into a tarnished silver like metal turning my finger grew because it was worn daily. Just don't want that to happen again

julisdiamonds@disneybabe1991 I have been wearing this ring for about 2 months and it hasn't tarnished or turned my finger green. Since it is gold filled it will be better to try and keep it dry, like during showers (it will be fine with hand washing as long as it's not super frequent), and keep it away from chemicals when cleaning. If you want to be extra careful, not wearing it while sleeping is generally recommend with plated jewelry and cleaning it from time to time with a general jewelry cleaner.
