leslie_small @floridanena it can be zipped all the way down, but it is not designed to be worn like that. You wont be able to walk. I'm selling it because it is too big for me, so Im pretty sure it'll fit M. Can do additional pictures for you

leslie_small Hi @skullee , thank you for your interest, the waist is 26 inches, however the fabric is stretchy, it can fit a bigger size, My waist is exactly 26 inches, and it is a bit loose on me as you can see on the picture. Zipper is approximately 20 inches - hope this helps
