velvetspell@pinkpearlz Hi Tiffany, there is some stretch to it. The sides are ribbed which allows it to expand slightly. If you like it fitted, I would probably go ahead with the small.

velvetspell@jennabontrager There's only an inch difference in the bust between a small and a medium. I don't think it would be as fitted as a small would, but I don't think it would be huge either. One thing you can do is take you're favorite jacket and measure the width from armpit to armpit (laying flat) and see how it compares to the measurements in the description.
