jessicaumidi @schlernitzauer they will do refunds but not if something doesn't fit. I've been wearing a large and the only part that didn't seem true to size was the arms were a little short. I like to wear mine layered with a hoodie. And honestly if you're new to posh (no pressure to buy) there are a couple neat ways to shop. jessicaumidi @schlernitzauer if you normally wear a medium I am pretty confident it'd fit agreeably. It's hard to say how short the sleeves would be. They don't stop very far behind my wrist. In my case I'd say it's more of a personal preference than a flaw in the design.
