Pretty and feminine navy blue dress from Pins and Needles with an empire / skater waistline that emphasizes the smallest part of your waist. The top has half sleeves / elbow length sleeves / short sleeves with a scoop neckline and the bottom half has a chiffon overlay with a slight hi-low hemline. I bought it at Urban. I think this brand is also sold at Anthropology as well. The fabric is stretchy and comfy. Good used condition with slight pilling on the top. Feel free to make an offer!

@ohhquartney it's a hi-low and the chiffon is longer than the opaque dress material so in the front the opaque material is around 32" long and in the back the opaque material is around 33" long and the chiffon is 35" long. This was measured from the shoulder seam to the hem laying flat.
