prettylady16 @blondiegail Hi, I measured the dress laying flat and the small measures approx15in from pit to pit and the Med measures approx 16in from pit to pit. From shoulder to where the shingles begin measures 28in and then the tassels are another 14in. The dress does have some stretch and measurements are not from the dress being stretched. I hope this helps ☺

prettylady16 @minoofalsafi Hi thank you! There's only Sm left. The M tag in the photos is just to show the care instructions. This dress has slight stretch to it not spandex stretchy though, pit to pit the Sm is approx 16in. I hope this helps.
