mrg3050 @monstercube Hi there. It is full lined and of great construction. As a result, there is no stretch. I posted the measurements in the above comments. It might be helpful if you measure a size 2 that fits you and compare it to the measurements I posted to get a better idea if it will work for you.

mrg3050 @aspasheyeva The velvet portion is Rayon and Acetate. It feels like a shimmery cotton velvet. The lining is Acetate. It is dry clean only.
