jebloomis @ktina001 there are two ways to do this, either make an offer or buy. If you make an offer the lister can counter that offer or take it. 01rchlflmng Could you measure the chest area flat across? I'll double the measurement to see if it'll fit me. If so I love it and I'll buy it. I'm 5'4" and 147 pounds. Things tend to be tight in the chest though so I need to make sure I can accommodate layering.
