This is a clutch by Ann Taylor LOFT, in blue with silver hardware. NWT (still has the plastic over the silver hardware at the top of the clutch). It can be carried as a clutch, or there is a short silver chain which can be used as shoulder strap, or tucked into the bag, if not needed. This has been sitting in my closet for a few years....there are a few discoloration marks on the interior (pictured, in last photo). I'm always more than happy to answer any questions!

@sengepik The only real flaw are some discoloration marks on the interior (visible in the last photo). Not sure what those are from. I have never used this, and it still has the original plastic across the top of the silver hardware on the top. It has been sitting in my closet for a few years. Thanks!
