sahmreyes @thecari I lift.but I like the fact that I don't have to wear different shoes through the the week when I work out. great for squats deadlifts etc. so far I love them.think their a great investment!

jenhayes34 @thecari yes I do crossfit and I love mine!!! I thought I couldn't love a shoe more than my nano 2.0's or 4.0's but I love these. I wear them to work also, and I stand all day. Well worth the money
