darrahbrewster @kmclrs hi I see that you decided to keep the package and not send it to the correct buyer. I had sold that for 75 dollars so I will need to send me a payment of 60 dollars to my bank account or send me a check in the mail. If you do not I will have to get Poshmark involved and then even the police, because you knowingly accepted for something you knew wasn't for you. Which left me with only $10 dollars.

Another option would be that I could create a listing on Poshmark of something like some Essie nail polish for the amount of money you owe me. @kmclrs

darrahbrewster @kmclrs what do you mean? I will just make a listing of 70 dollars and you can purchase it and I will send you a package of 5 brand new Essie nail polish... so I will still be losing some money but that's ok, that's the easiest way to deal with this

kmclrs @darrahbrewster i have not received any package except for the wrong one you sent me that i still have on my kitchen table unopened and waiting for the package you said you sent out with her shipping label. This would be much easier to talk about this on the phone. That's why I asked you to call me or if i could call you.

darrahbrewster @kmclrs the problem is that since you did not send it out to her with the shipping label I email you, she cancelled the order and you accepted it, leaving you with a very expensive Limited Edition Exclusive VS PINK sweatshirt that is much more valuable then the one you originally were going to get. So I will make the listing for $75 dollars and then right away once you buy it, I will send out a package to you containing the also original sweatshirt you wanted and the Essie polishes. :)

darrahbrewster @kmclrs unfortunately since you"accepted" the item I only go the 10 dollars from the other sweatshirt. But once you buy the listing I'll send both the sweatshirt and new Essie polish today, because USPS comes at 4:00 here so I would be able to ship it today and you would receive it in two days (by Friday)

darrahbrewster @kmclrs no that is my point. She canceled the transaction so there is no longer any payment option from her because the order was canceled because of the timing. You are now in ownership of the item but since you previously knew it was supposed to be sent to someone else and had the ability to do so, you must pay for the item. BECAUSE you DID. "Accept" the order and I received payment of only 10 dollars. So I will send out the other sweatshirt and polish right now, if you understand?

kmclrs @darrahbrewster Thanks for calling 😆 That was much better then the typing back and forth. If it would make you feel better I can just send you her package back so you have it in hand whether she repurchases or not. That way if she does then you can send it and if she doesn't then you can relist it. Just let me know.
