@osduane hi... these say to size down if wanting a more fitted look. However it depends on your body... I wear a 26 but have a big booty so I did not size down and this is how they fit me.
If you're petite all over and want them to be fitted I would size down. If you have a bigger booty I would not recommend sizing down.

@limited2013 these do run like a true size 22.. however they are “boyfriend” style. They are meant to be loose through the legs... however fit like a true 22 around the waist. I’m a true 26 and kept 26s in these. Pls let me know if you have any other questions 💕
