NWOT. Vegan leather. New never worn. Hook and eye closure along the front placket - wear closed or open. Black with white accents - would look great with a white blouse! Sleeves were too long for me and I never had it altered. Would be great on a taller person (I am only 5'3"). Can be dressed up or down.
