ahayes87 @53duck I'm sorry to hear that! I wonder if you could maybe just wrap it around 3 times...? Or maybe that would be too loose. Also, did you try clasping it on the very end of the chain to add more length? I used the base of my neck to measure it which is what I do with all of my chokers :) I hope that it still works out for you tho!
