bellanblue@qlee4 hi I countered my best price. Normal is 10% off, I countered with 17%. This app then collects 20% so they take a huge chunk. That's my best offer. I can ship tomorrow if you buy now.

poshluver_81
poshluver_81@bellanblue if you are willing to take 25 off of this I will buy this sweater tonight. I was wondering does it come with the hat?
Nov 19Reply
bellanblue
bellanblue@poshluver_81 no I'm sorry this sweater cost a lot to stock plus with the 20% this app collects, price is firm. I can apply your $10 at best. Hate does not come the sweater.
Nov 19Reply
poshluver_81
poshluver_81@bellanblue I am sorry but you sold me a sweater that is unraveling and I sent the photos to poshmark and mentioned how unforth coming you are to rectify this. They will he emailing you and I will no longer do business with someone who isn't willing to compensate a customer. In my opinion if my customer isn't happy then I am not happy. You refuse to meet me half way. Your 10 dollar credit does nothing for me when I paid almost tripple that for my unraveling sweater.
Nov 19Reply
bellanblue
bellanblue@poshluver_81 let's get something straight! I sent you a perfectly good item that you damaged yourself. I checked it b4 shipment. You can say whatever you want, but I stand behind my items. Im not about to back down to a false claim & I don't need customers like you who make issues for good sellers like myself. I have an outstanding sales record. I wrote into posh myself & they told me since you accepted the purchase, case closed.
Nov 19Reply
bellanblue
bellanblue@poshluver_81 I offered you some credit even though I did nothing wrong to try to appease you. I didn't have to. Now you are upset cuz you want $25 off a brand new item? If I sent you a defective item, then why would you shop from me again. Makes no sense whatsoever. So please stay out of my closet. Thank you!
