unityblend @naimafassi laying flat the bust measures approx 17" and waist is approx 20.5", length approx 27". These are American sizes but the material is stretchy. Does this help?

The L will be looser all around but will give your girls plenty of room, but if u like your clothes just a bit more fitted then a medium would work, too because of the stretch. Does this help?
